While my approach is heavily trauma-informed and draws on extensive training in Psychotherapy and CBT, this is a coaching programme. We will absolutely acknowledge how past stress has dysregulated your nervous system, but our work together is fundamentally forward-looking. We focus on building practical, actionable strategies to improve your present reality and future resilience
