My focus on burnout recovery and sleep health didn’t just come from clinical training; it began after my own experience of systemic exhaustion, driven by 80-hour work weeks and chronic sleep deprivation.
That period of profound burnout proved to me that simply “managing” stress isn’t enough.
This realisation drove me to retrain and build a Coaching practice grounded in practical application, CBT and therapeutic science.
Today, I use that experience – combined with my training – to help clients rebuild their physical and mental capacity.
To ensure I could offer my clients more than just well-meaning advice and experience based anecdotes, I’ve spent a lot of time building a robust foundation of knowledge in the mechanics of stress, burnout and sleep health.
I am a fully qualified Health & Wellbeing Coach, specialising specifically in Burnout and Sleep Health.
Because burnout affects both the mind and the body, my coaching is deeply informed by formal training in Psychotherapy & Counselling Skills, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, and Meditation.
My practice is built on rigorous professional standards and my training is proudly accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC), the NHS Personalised Care Institute (NHS PCI), the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), and the IPHM.
My goal is to make your recovery sustainable, entirely personalised, and genuinely attainable.
If you are ready to stop managing your exhaustion and start rebuilding your resilience, I am here to partner with you.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me exploring in my Land Rover Defender campervan, reading a psychological thriller, or learning something new.
These aren’t just escapes; they are the practical routines that protect my own baseline and keep my nervous system regulated and me balanced.
